Corazon Real Estate provides a variety of property management services. The following are some of the property management services in Reno we offer:

Full Management - Almost all aspects excluding paying mortgages, taxes, insurance, Mortgage coupon handling and performing certain other tasks may be at an additional charge.

You will receive a discount if you are referred by your real estate agent, or if you are a Nevada real estate licensee. You are not charged for vacant units. The more properties or units we manage for you, the lower the rate.

Tenant Location Service - We market your property, arrange viewing of your property, check it while it's vacant, handle all advertising responses, interview and screen applicants, coordinate rental agreement/lease signing, and provide you with all the paperwork exclusive of your new resident's credit report.  Owner covers any costs incurred by advertising, receiving the benefits of any bulk/contract rates Corazon Real Estate has negotiated, and Corazon does not charge for placing advertising.
